As the evening unfolds\, Host and Farmer Spencer will lead you on a 45-minute tour of our regenerative farm\, offering insights into the sustainable practices that are at the core of our ethos. \nFollowing the tour\, settle in for a culinary adventure under the stars with the ambiance of live music. He was appointed Chef de Cuisine at the fine dining institution\, Mister A’s restaurant. Chef McCart has developed his skills and style in various prestigious kitchens. Before his role at Mister A’s\, he served as the Executive Chef at Pueblo in Pacific Beach and had brief stints as the Chef de Cuisine at The Patio on Goldfinch and as a sous chef at Juniper & Ivy in Little Italy.
