As the evening unfolds\, Host and Farmer Spencer will lead you on a 45-minute tour of our regenerative farm\, offering insights into the sustainable practices that are at the core of our ethos. \nFollowing the tour\, settle in for a culinary adventure under the stars with the ambiance of live music. He gained significant recognition as the opening Executive Chef at RIA in Chicago’s 5-Star Elysian Hotel\, where he led the restaurant to earn two Michelin stars during its first year\, a remarkable achievement only shared with two other restaurants in Chicago at the time. \nBorn and raised in British Columbia\, close to the oyster-rich Fanny Bay\, Chef McLeod developed a deep connection with seafood from a young age.
