DESCRIPTION:December is just around the corner and with that comes the 74th annual Escondido Jaycees Christmas Parade. \nThis year we are making some big changes! \nFor the first time in 74 years the parade will take place at night under the glow of the Grand Avenue market lights. We are so excited to see how participants use the festive lights and colors to display our theme\, “A Citrus Christmas!” \nThis year’s parade will take place Friday\, December 5 starting at 7:00PM. Check-in and staging will take place near Juniper and Grand Ave. The route this year will be slightly shorter\, but we expect it will allow for greater spectator participation. Due to the shorter route\, we will be limiting participation\, and do expect it to fill up quickly\, so we encourage groups to sign up early.
