Join us for a farm-to-table style spectacular 5-course dinner by Chef Jillian Fae featuring Rancho Guejito Wine pairings. This gourmet dinner experience will be held at our East Vineyard outdoor venue, hidden within the vines just beyond our tasting room. Each course will be carefully crafted to pair perfectly with select Rancho Guejito Wines and will be introduced by Chef Jillian and our resident Advanced Sommelier, Adam Jesberger.
Jillian Fae is a freelance event chef serving Southern California. She specializes in custom seasonal menus utilizing global technique and showcasing local ingredients. A native of Huntington Beach, CA and now resident of Temecula, CA, she has a passion for pairing her California-inspired cuisine with California wines.
Adam is a native of Pennsylvania who discovered a passion for food and wine after relocating to beautiful San Diego. Adam accrued several years of experience working at fine dining restaurants where he realized he was in love with the service aspect of wine and began to pursue his career as a Sommelier. He combined his experience with years of study to build the foundation leading to his accreditation as an Advanced Sommelier. Rancho Guejito Vineyard welcomed Adam to their team in early 2020.
