With 16 years of experience, her mission is to help others live authentically, find inner peace, and unlock their full potential through the transformative power of sound and movement. Through her sound therapy sessions, Whitfield creates a sense of space, calming the nervous system for emotional well-being and facilitating connection to the unconscious mind.
