Invasive Species Removal
We need all the hands we can get to remove invasive species from a unique area of the Conservancy’s Keithley Preserve, known as Elfin Acres! Oak woodland and coastal sage scrub habitat need protection from invasive species that can overtake native plants.
Shrub Club is the Escondido Creek Conservancy’s monthly volunteer opportunity, usually on the 2nd Saturday from September – May. At Shrub Club, we spend time on land owned or managed by the Conservancy to improve habitat for native plants and animals. We plant natives, remove invasives, pick up litter, repair trails, and more!
