Bryan has worked as the Chef de Cuisine at One Door North and the Executive Sous Chef at Giuseppe’s Fine Dining and Catering of La Jolla. Bryan, began his culinary journey in many fine dining restaurants in Sacramento and in Humboldt County where he was the Executive Chef for many restaurant including Groves Riverbend Vineyards and Benbow Historic Inn. Throughout Bryan’s career he has emphasized the importance of seasonality, buying locally, and wine pairings with nearby vintners, as he believes in supporting local farmers, fisherman, and slow food craftsmanship, as they are an integral part of the culinary landscape. Bryan, has begun to step away from the professional kitchen and move into teaching as a culinary instructor to pass on his expertise and experience to upcoming chefs.
